Every call answered.
Every job booked.
DispatchLine picks up your business line in under a second, day or night. It figures out if it's an emergency, books the job on your calendar, and texts the customer a confirmation. You get the work. Your competitor doesn't.
From ring to booked job in four steps. You don't touch the phone.
Forward your line when you can't answer, or all the time. DispatchLine does the rest and shows you everything in the portal.
Answers instantly
In your company's name, with a natural voice. Callers rarely realize it's AI, and it tells them if asked.

Burst pipe or annual tune-up? It asks your questions, flags emergencies, and screens spam and robocalls.
Books the job
Checks real availability, offers arrival windows, and puts the appointment on your calendar or field software.
Confirms and reports
Texts the customer, alerts your on-call tech for emergencies, and logs the recording, transcript and summary.
It knows the difference between a drip and a flood.
Each agent starts from a script written for your trade: the emergencies, the questions, the language your customers use.
Plumbing
Burst pipes don't wait for business hours. Neither does your phone anymore.
HVAC
When the AC dies in July, the shop that answers first gets the job.
Electrical
Sparks, outages and panel jobs. Answered, sorted, scheduled.
Roofing
Storm season fills your voicemail. DispatchLine empties it.

Straight answers.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Some will, most won't ask. The agent never pretends to be human: if a caller asks, it says it's the company's automated assistant and offers to have a person call back. What customers notice is that someone picked up on the first ring and solved their problem.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and forward it to DispatchLine, either only when you don't pick up (after 3 rings, say) or all the time. Turning it off is one setting in your carrier's app.
What happens with a real emergency at 2 AM?
You decide. The agent can book the emergency slot and text your on-call tech, transfer the call live to a number you choose, or take the details and promise a callback in 15 minutes. Every emergency is flagged in the portal and alerts go out by text and email.
How does it know my prices and service area?
You tell it, in the portal, as plain questions and answers: "What's your service call fee? $89, waived if we do the work." The agent only answers from what you wrote. If it doesn't know, it says the office will confirm.
How long does setup take?
Most shops are live within 48 hours. You fill in a five-step onboarding, we review the script with you on a 20-minute call, you make a test call, and you forward your line.
Is call recording legal?
Yes, with the right disclosure. The agent announces that calls may be recorded in states that require all-party consent, and you can turn recording off entirely. See our compliance guides for your state.
